Within hours, James had a repairman on the scene who fixed the problem, not only preventing further damage but also making it look like new. When the prospective buyer asked for some minor repairs, he likewise had the right service providers at his fingertips. He negotiated with the buyers to get us the best price and had excellent sense of the market. I'd recommend James to anyone selling or buying in this area. He's dedicated, extremely knowledgeable, meticulous, and really listens.
